It was reported that this morning, Mr. Binling Wu, along with his legal advisor, turned himself in to the DSI investigators, denying all charges and requesting to provide a statement explaining the charges to the special case prosecutor within 30 days, claiming that for the past month, he had not been informed that an arrest warrant had been issued for him. After hearing the news, he decided to turn himself in. The DSI officers therefore took him to the special case prosecutors to be prosecuted and sent him to court within the time frame.
